Founded in 1982, Chip Mong Group (CMG) is one of the largest diversified groups in Cambodia with businesses ranging from property development, beer and beverages, to manufacturing and distribution of building materials, concrete, and cement. • Hold bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, including business planning and analysis, and brand building, preferably from Real Estate Development Sector.
• Have analytical mind and entrepreneurship skill
• Be able to focus on core issues and develop sales strategies
• Have knowledge and understanding of the industry, competitor movements, and customers’ value chain and business practices to exploit all available business opportunities
• Demonstrate skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, impacts, and/or projections
• Be an excellent communicator who can handle difficult business situations well, and represent the sales organization both inside and outside in a professional and ethical manner
• Have ability to demonstrate energy and sense of urgency, focus and follow in order to deliver high quality results
• Possess monitoring and supervision skill 
• Demonstrate skills in Microsoft office suite application.
• Have good written and spoken English as well as Khmer; having knowledge of other Asian languages is an add advantage.

• Conduct market research about the competitors and prepare tabulation within Phnom Penh and surrounding areas
• Monitor sales trend and work with marketing department to hit the sales targets
• Analyze consumer behavior of the company products and report to the management
• Prepare marketing collateral for sales and marketing purpose
• Assist the Company to achieve short and long term business growth
• Work closely with Finance & Construction Department
• Do monthly report on visitors and potential customers
• Ensure the sales team are fully supported in terms of new recruits and task allocation 
• Perform other duties as assigned from the top management.
