•  Education: Degree in Marketing or Business Management. 
•  Experiences: at least 2- ears experiences in professional digital marketing, social media specialist or content developing. 
•  Skills: 
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills
•  Influencing people 
•  Good knowledge in digital technologies (social media, SEO etc…) 
•  Proven professional writing skill both English and Khmer 
•  Computer literate: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Social Media.

•  Initiate and produce variable contents aligning the digital marketing plan/strategy to boost the public interaction and recruiting new fans of the band. 
•  Manage and monitor the company’s social media platform including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, website and so on to make sure that they are all active and accessible at all time. 
•  Plan and produce brand related supporting materials including virtual image, video and captions ready for use in multiple ways. 
•  Collect and analysis data/information on the trends of social media and propose action plan in order to stay ahead of competitors. 
•  Work closely with marketing team to propose new concept or initiative to exploit marketing opportunity such as media campaign brand promotion. 
•  Participate in all events organized under marketing 
•  Other tasks assigned by line manager
