• At least BA in Media, Communication, Journalism or Public Relations 
• Communication, media, journalism or public relations experience is preferable
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Khmer
• Power Point, Photoshop, Adobe indesign, Adobe Premiere, social media and website 
• Management and leadership skills 
• Creative thinking skill 
• Media and communication skills
• Interpersonal skill
• Being flexible and able to work under pressure

• Revise Corporate Communication and Crisis Communication Procedures
• Develop communication strategies and materials to promote company’s image
• Ensure effective and smooth communications within stakeholders including public, government, NGOs and media
• Conceptualize, plan and implement internal and external communications
• Manage all communication channels with the contents
• Help identify and minimize crisis communications
• Coordinate with Communication Champions of all departments
• Be the contact point to media and public under the responsibility of the Public Relations manager
• Conduct internal communication training or workshop
