•  Bachelor & degree in business administration or related field
•  Good verbal and written communication skills in English; verbal and/or written Chinese Mandarin is an advantage.
•  Proficient working knowledge of Windows and Excel

•  Prepare legal documents for signing after loan approval
•  Monitor and inform customers about repayments
•  Check daily loan reports
•  Assist supervisors in sales and marketing to existing and new loan customers
•  Process the registration of charge on title deeds
•  Work directly with Sangkat, Khan and Cadastral Office for Title deed registration.
•  Process the claim from customer after completion of title deed registration.
•  Prepare the necessary paper work for loan release
•  Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisors.
