•  Two year experiences in construction technician is required. 
•  Computer skills on basic data base, MS office and other related software
•  Good command of English
•  Good interpersonal skills
•  Good communication skill
•  Be able to work under pressure. 

•  Responsible for the completion of all renovation, work supervision, maintenance and service tasks as assigned by direct manager.
•  Supervise all construction and electrical work performed by contractors by physical presence.
•  Perform small repair task in office and shop buildings.
•  Assuming emergency service 24 hours for office buildings, shops and power issues. 
•  Assist to arrange kick-off meeting with supplier before starting project and give explanation about work requirements and our expectation, to be done not to repeat mistake which other contractors have in past. 
•  Supervision of construction activates by physical site visits to assure normal quality control.
•  Site visits to check critical things as per construction procedure, on returning form site making official reports of problems found with technical recommendations for correction and sending to relevant contractors, each visit should have report.
•  Assisting direct manager for Initiating material request to warehouse for material which will be used from warehouse.
•  Assisting supervision of site activities and recommendation of quick solutions when required.
•  Supervision of electricity related work included in building project like wiring, socket installation, air-cons etc… if need assistance from energy engineers to be coordinated to get their attention.
•  Assist maintenance of offices and shop buildings on routine basis.
•  Solving the construction, electrical work and other related complaints from user of buildings and shops.
•  Assist execution of work safety policy on working sites (building renovation, and new shop construction).
•  Interdepartmental cooperation.
•  Complete all other activities assigned by the supervisor as per management decision.
