•  At least 1 year experience in customers service or Sale & Marketing
•  Communication skills
•  Negotiation skills
•  Computer literacy in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, …), Internet and Email

• Contact to Client that Unpaid or Terminated in list by phone call
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Visit client's home directly when call can not contact
• Keep Follow up closely with client that we contact
• Note all the comment from client
• Make an appointment with client that agree to Reconnect or let us to Remove Modem/ONU
• Daily Report
• Fully comply and respect Company Policy & internal regulations
• Other duties as assigned
