•  At least Bachelor degree in marketing or other related field
•  Having experience in supervision or management level
•  Having experience in front office (Showroom sales or customer counter)
•  Minimum 2 years work experience as sale in real estate company
•  Fluent in Chinese (Business Level) and Intermediate level in English language
•  Ability to use Ms. Office / CRM
•  Good communication, friendly, Hardworking, problem solving skill
•  Well negotiation & influencing skill
•  Customer oriented mindset
•  Helpful and teamwork spirit

•  Supervise sales team to ensure effective & efficient performance
•  Support sales team in customer support and sales tasks to achieve company’s target
•  Establish sales report for the management
•  All duties as assigned by sales manager and/ or top management
