•  Bachelor Degree in marketing or equivalent
•  Engineer background is a plus
•  At least 3-5 years of experience in the proven B2B sales experiences
•  Good Command in English 
•  Proficient in Chinese both speaking and writing 
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conversant in working cross-culturally
•  Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented

•  Achieving/exceeding sales revenue targets
•  Establish and maintain regular contact with developers, contractors, Subcontractors, architects, designers to inform of the advantages of using products for their customers.
•  Building effective relationships with key stakeholders, i.e developers, contractors, Subcontractors, architects, designers
•  Meet with new and existing clients to determine products and service required by our client
•  Prepare annual sales forecast for assigned area based on knowledge of area sales trends and potentials, and area competition and economic/business conditions.
•  Ensure great service by interacting with customers, manufacturers, architects and coworkers 
•  Completing analysis of local competitor activity
•  Managing a small team of professional sales and support staff to deliver quality customer care and service excellence.
