•  MBA in management, finance, accounting and Economics.
•  10 years & experiences in financial service industries included 05 years in managerial level
•  Experience in budgeting, risk management, financial analysis, asset and liability management, and international accounting and auditing standards.
•  Excellent financial, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
•  Accuracy, attention to details, initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
•  Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills and people and results-oriented.

•  Implement the strategy of APF, as determined by the Board of Directors.
•  Overall responsible for the commercial and financial results.
•  Overall responsible for business development.
•  Overall responsible for external relationships, including investor relations.
•  Overall responsible for managing the risks related to the business.
•  Allocation of resources - human, financial, technical to achieve financial performance and strategic objectives.
•  Overall responsible for the set-up and of adequate risk, support and control functions.
•  Overall responsible for the protection of the institution & brand and image.
•  To develop and execute a commercial strategy and mid-term plan for the development of APF’s businesses.
•  In collaboration with the front-office functions initiate and coordinate commercial activities in order to meet the commercial and financial targets
•  Oversee that the organization is adequately staffed and motivated to perform well
•  Initiate and coordinate the expansion of APF as outlined by the strategy.
•  Represent the institution in its contacts with customers, regulators and shareholders.
•  Oversee that the group conducts its business in accordance with the laws and regulations of Cambodia.
•  Attend APF board meetings to present its results and inform the Board of all relevant developments.
•  Chairs the Management Executive Committee meetings.
•  Performs any other task assigned by the Board.
