Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, or other related fields.

At least 2 years experience in Micro finance institution or related field.

Good command of written and verbal Khmer.

Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.

Be honest, team work, and good communication skill.

Knowledge of computer application, particularly Microsoft Office, internet, e-mail Skype, and team viewer

Job Duties :
|
|
|

Supervise other Credit Officers
-
Clients screening and loan appraising.
-
Make good relationship with our staff and clients.
-
Promote our institution product and service to existing and new clients.
-
Recommend and provide report of loan request and loan status.
-
Interview and complete all documents and application form of the clients.
-
Visit and monitor clients for repayment.
-
Solving problem with bad clients.
-
Negotiate with client who is difficult to collect the money.
-
Contact closely with local authorities and solve the problem in order to speed up the procedure.
-
Must perform other duty as assigned if it is necessary.
