• At least 3 years of experience in a luxury restaurant;
• Deep and clear understanding of events - banquet
• Able to create, develop & implement new recipes and menus;
• Creative and passionate about food and the hospitality industry;
• Up-to-date with latest culinary trends;
• Mature, disciplined, committed & a flexible team player with high energy levels.
• Ability to lead and train a team with multi-cultural background;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Able to handle pressure at busy times;
• Clear understanding of P&L statements;
• Experience in Asia is preferred.
