Job Requirement :
  •  Master Degree / Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Management or equivalent 
  •  At least 5 years experiences in selling electrical, cable, lighting and construction product or building materials
  •  Good Command in English both speaking and writing, Other languages are the advantages
  •  Able to use MS Office: word & Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email. 
  •  Proven track record in managing, leading, and building competent channel sales team
  •  Smart, potential, open-mind, high self-motivated and quick learner 
  •  Positive attitude to the job with willingness to take extra-miles: enjoy winning over competitors, go extra miles, Take initiatives and drive

Job Duties :
  •  Develop Sales policies, procedures, Guidelines and forms to adapt to the market need and the long term business and strategic sales plans and drive the sales force to increase sales revenues, from retail channel/outlets, depots and projects.
  •  Plan and implement sales strategy, which including the regular customer visit in order to acquire new customer & retain existing customers.
  •  Develop and maintain corporate image and reputation, and protects, develop the company’s brand via suitable public relations activities and intellectual property management.
  •  Set and review sales target or KPIs
  •  Manage and monitor sales activities via sales management approach, including utilization of sales processing via (MS, Dynamic AX, and others..) Sales Management systems.
  •  Works closely with cross-functional leader and seniors & Top management with in the company and among the group of companies to define an integrated sales strategy which was design to achieved the company’s expectation (Sales Revenues, brand visibility, customer based and effective sales processes, et)
  •  Build and maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and regularly provide coaching and mentoring to subordinates and other sales staff
  •  Provide clear leadership that establish creditability with the management team, peers and subordinates
  •  Manages multiple-chained PoS, prioritized works and balance strategic plan with tactual issues via a professionalism methods.
  •  Ensure development of the existing channel sales force team and oversee the recruitment of appropriate channel sales-skilled staff to new position as and when required
  •  Build up as strong and competent sales forces team
  •  Develop product/technical knowledge and the ‘know-how attitude among sales team which including on the job and off the job training
  •  Perform other relevant tasks as a required and assigned by the sales and Marketing director or superiors.
