Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  •  At least 3 years experiences in ECL channel Sales or similar position and have got a strong foundation of depots/retails Sales base in ECL products
  •  Good Command in English both speaking and writing, Thai and Chinese are the advantages
  •  Able to use MS Office: word & Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email. 
  •  Strong Analytical skill with ability to express the specifics finding
  •  Ability to make the sales plan and execute the sales plan
  •  Be able to work independently & with team.
  •  Good interpersonal and communication skill
  •  Good at depot/retail management with ability to track and report the level of customer demand/sales insight 
  •  Broad knowledge in trade /sales & Distributions
  •  Comprehensive knowledge of local market structure and its development
  •  High commitment /Drive/Result oriented
  •  Positive attitude to the job with willingness to take extra-miles
  •  Excellent in communication and convincing skills.

Job Duties :
  •  To Organize and execute all the daily channel Sales Activities at PoS/depot/retail outlets, focus 100% on selling Schneider Electrical Products, Cables, Lighting, ECL Accessories and other ECL Accessories and other ECL Products.
  •  To plan the daily, weekly, and monthly sales visit schedules, and excuse the plan accordingly
  •  To push more sales of ECL products sales to the PoS under the assigned territories/Zones, to make sure that the sales Revenues and volume met the KPIs/Target set
  •  To regularly follow up and visit all the existing customers & New potentials customer to ensure they order
  •  To provide the best customer services, technical and/or marketing support to all the customers.
  •  To make sure all legal PoS buy ECL products from GCS and convert the passive the PoS and Active PoS
  •  To provide all marketing tool, product selling prices, promotions and other push & Pull Sales program design by GCS to all customers and ensure that they understand and willing to buy from GCS
  •  To provide the regular solutions to any problem from PoS, Retailed Outlet and other internal support functions
  •  To recruit the new PoS at the assigned Territories/Zones
  •  To wheel coordinate with sales Support Functions and other relevant function in order to make all the process and documents, Form are fully complies.
  •  To oversee the inventory of the depots/Clients store according to placing the replenishment orders
  •  To evaluate the depot/retails outlet sales performance
  •  To regularly work with the sales admin support, and purchasing team in negotiating and dealing with suppliers and vendors for product procurement 
  •  To ensure that customer satisfaction by maintaining quality and standard of the retail depot/outlets is met
  •  To implement marketing and other promotional plans for the ECL channel or ECL retail Chains
  •  To take the market/Competitor’s feedback and report regularly to superior
  •  To perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisors or superiors.
  •  Keep the regular update of any market situation or changes
  •  Be supportive and aggressive to all kinds of responsibilities assigned and can perform extra task with minimum supervision
  •  To regularly follow up the AR (Account receivable) with all the customers under control
  •  Be matured with good integrity to build more competencies and willing to learn new things and willing to follow the Company and ISI Group Core value, vision and mission so that you can grow to the next level with long term career with the company and ISI Group
  •  To be the problem solver and decision maker not a problem makers and follower in dealing and solving daily sales, product and customers issues, mattes, and concerns.
