Job Requirement :
  •  Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales and Marketing 
  •  Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Trade Marketing from FMCG
  •  Strong commercial outlook and an ability to drive revenue growth through marketing
  •  Comprehensive understanding of Market Channels & Trending
  •  Ability to articulate/strategize/plan, Trade Marketing Activation across the nation
  •  Good written and spoken English
  •  Computer literate: MS office, e-mail and others are preferred 
  •  Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude 
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Highly motivated and passionate about trade marketing
Job Duties :
  •  Develop trade strategies aligned with the brand strategy
  •  Develop and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaign and marketing activities
  •  Creating a trade marketing strategy and communicating this to the marketing team and Sales team
  •  Monitor competitor activities and conduct marketing research using customer questionnaires and focus groups
  •  Executing the trade marketing plan across the nation 
  •  Driving brand awareness across various categories and products
  •  Coordinating the creation and delivery of trade marketing materials and content
  •  Prepare, plan and manage POSMs to maximize brand promotion 
  •  Creating trade marketing plans for individual channels and product ranges
  •  Coordinate with respective stakeholders on trade marketing plans & activation 
  •  Liaise and network with a range of cross-functional teams and partners,
  •  Managing Trade Marketing Budget and P&L
  •  Conduct market survey, collect information and data related to market price and competitor’s activities for review on monthly basis.
  •  Analyze market trends, draw a conclusion and make recommendation on next steps to the management team
