Job Description :

Housekeeping Supervisor:
Is responsible for the planning, implementing, assigning, and inspecting of all works in the housekeeping department as well as all maintenance, renovations and room upgrades. needs to work closely, cooperate, and communicate effectively with the Front Office staff and Reception, Reservation, Sales & Mkt, and the Maintenance team in order to obtain info on departure and stay on rooms in order to organize room cleaning schedules and details on special requests to those extra amenities and services can be arranged for specific rooms as well as any VIPs arrivals.

Floor Supervisor:

The responsibilities of the Floor Supervisor are to oversee the house keeping functions on a floor of a hotel to ensure that housekeeping department and all rooms are in good operational standard.
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising all Floor Attendants, Room Maids, public cleaners, and maintenance staff and ensures that all rooms, corridors and stairways are clean and safe according to standard. 

RECEPTIONIST:
Front Office Receptionists are responsible for making guests feel welcome, reviewing reservations and bookings; preparation of guest’s or groups arrival and departure, greets guests, assigns suitable rooms, and checks the guest’s method of payments and incidental charges, and handling guest’s immediate problems or questions.

Job Requirement :
  • Friendly customer service
  • In-depth knowledge of operating monetary cash register and maintaining cash drawer.
  • Well versde in performing monetary transactions such as giving and receiving change .
  • Ability to balance all transactions run thrugh assigned register, including checks, register receipts, currency, and credit card.
  • Proven record of processing exact and efficient sale and return transactions.
  • Able to mintain knowledge of current product location.
  • Dedicated and meticulous-high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in Computer; Woed,Excel.
Job Duties :
  • Answer customers'question, provide information about products and services.
  • Compute and record total of transactions.
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Greet customers, refunds, credites, or change due to customers.
  • Receive payings by cash, check, credit cards.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.
  • Compile and maitain non-monetary report and records.
