• Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or other related fields.
• At least 2 to 3 years working experience
• Experience with coordinating marketing and communication projects
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both Khmer & English
• Computer proficiency (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including copy writing, proof reading, delivering engaging content and co-ordinating communications processes
• Proven ability to work on own initiative, meeting objectives and tight deadlines under pressure

• Liaise with Product Marketing or CRM on the effective campaigns required to deliver the overall results
• Develop and agree briefs for relevant programmes
• Brief either external or internal teams on campaign requirements
• Manage the effective execution / production of marketing campaigns – on time and on budget
• Evaluate & monitor marketing initiatives to optimize marketing activities and campaign
• Maintain and contribute to the overall communications roadmap
• Ensure the approval process for all materials are followed
• Ensure consistency and adherence to the Wing brand guidelines
• Monitor the campaign results – refine and optimise as appropriate
• Manage the delivery and implementation of marketing activities, programs or campaigns
