Introduction :

Call Operator is responsible for taking orders via incoming calls from customers in a timely and effective manner. He/she is in charge of providing information of BROWN’s products/service, answering customer’s inquiries and customer’s complaints on phone. He/she is committed to the standard call operation guidelines and core value of Brown leading to excellent customer services and high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement :
•Pursuing Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or the equivalent
•Experience in customer services, is an advantage
•Good command in Ms. Office, Internet and Email
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Good at problem solving skills
•Willing to learn attitude and positive mindset
•Adapt with the work shift required by BROWN
Job Duties :

•Take orders from customer through incoming calls
•Ensure all the customer’s orders are correct and in timely manner
•Provide information on BROWN’s products/service, BROWN card and so forth
•Answer all the relevant inquiries to customer and handle customer’s complaints
•Prepare DOS and Call Center reports daily and submit to Line Manager 
•Ensure a tidiness of own work station
•Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
