• Bachelor’s degree of Business administrator in people management
• Good at Handling customer experience or supervisory / people management
• Good Computer skill such as Microsoft Office programs
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Khmer, knowledge of other Asian languages will be an added advantage
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Effective Negotiation skills is preferable

• To plan and monitor work schedule for customer service and respond to various customers (B2B, B2C) and determine required action
• To monitor sales order on time delivery and coordination with all cross function for timely delivery, handling complaints and customer satisfaction.
• To fulfill requests
• To build productive communication with customers and to determine the specific problem must be escalated to which cross function within timely manners.
• To liaise with other cross functions, I order to keep them inform and involved in creating solutions to problems.
