Job Description :

Initiate and develop the design concept to match the requirements
Create the design that is attractive and tells the message across with high visual impact to the intended audience
Consistent and correct use of corporate logo, colors, identity and product images
Design the pricelist, promotional material, layout and other materials
Meet the project deadline

Job Requirement :

At least finish grade 9
Age 18 to 30
English and Chinese is a plus
Communication Skill: Needs Organization, Switchboard Operators Call, Flexibility, Work Quickly, Empathize, Friendly, Pay Attention to Details, Never Stop Maintaining And Constantly Improving Knowledge, Teamwork

Job Duties :

Receiving requests and complaints from Phone, Telegram...
Checking and defining customer's problems on our systems
Convincing, comforting, and persuading customer
Sending customer's request to the right departments
