• Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience of office reception/customer service/relevant work experience.
• Computer and office technology:  Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Email/Internet
• A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
• Be friendly and smile attitude
• Good spoken and written English. If speak Chinese/Vietnamese is preferable

• Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries
• Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
• Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
• Daily cash collection from customer
• Good verbal and oral communication skills- fast and correct typing, ability to create grammatically correct response without any spelling errors.
• Pleasant and friendly mannerism
• Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information

Location: This position is based in Phnom Penh

                Duration: Full-time work
