•  At least 01 or 02 year with similar experience
•  Knowledge on warehouse and ramp management
•  Understanding on load & balance and load sheet
•  Understanding on ULD weight and built up cargoes
•  University/College graduate Logistics/Supply/international economics or similar degree.
•  English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•  Flexible manner and ability to work under high pressure
•  Working in night shift
•  Knowledge on warehouse and ramp management
•  Understanding on load & balance and load sheet
•  Understanding on ULD weight and build up cargoes
•  Knowledge in Freight Forwarding/Aviation is preferable.
•  Have relationship with airport relevant parties

WORKING TIME:

• 8:30 - 5:30 ( 1 hour lunch break)
• Mon-Fri + Sat (half day)
• Holidays: Sat (half+ Sunday, and Legal Holidays)

• 1. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
•  As an Cargo OPS staff, you will be responsible for monitoring performance of the flight operations & freight service function.
• 2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
•  Compliance to Principles' Cargo Service Manual & Ground Operational Manual
•  Monitor Warehouse handler & Ramp handler and other service providers for standard performance as set in Service Handling Agreement
•  Coordination with airport authorities and concerned parties for related issues.
•  To assist/ perform day to day duties as assigned for Operational function (both outgoing & incoming)
•  To conduct Market Intelligence Report in warehouse and report to Cargo Sales Manager/Assistanct Sales Manager
•  (regular traffic, agent names…that being moved on other competitors)
•  Receive Flight Boarding List (FBL) from Reservation team and deploy FBL to GHA for . Follow upp and monitor this with GHA.
•  Ensure cargo is checked in warehouse in “Ready for carriage” condition.
•  AWB issuance. System update prior to ETD.
•  Monitor cargo loading into aircraft
•  ULD stock control & stationary requisition
•  Ground Operation Manual update
•  Coordination with GHA for inbound cargo
•  Other duties to be assigned in specific situation.
