Currently, we are looking for a suitable candidate to fill position below.

Knowledge and Skills

• Computerized intermediated or advanced Excel
• Preparation of financial statements and financial reports
• Supervisory and training sills, team building
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Foundation of statistical analysis

Requirements and Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Economic or Business Administration or relevant to the fields
• At least 2 years of experience in development project,
• Good communication, organizational skills and ability to work in a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
• Good level of English, both written and spoken
• French speaking is an asset
• Experience in working with the banking sector is an asset
• Knowledge in water & electricity supply sector is an asset
• Willing to work on the field and able to stay overnight in project target area

• Be responsible for analyzing and projecting the financial status of private water & electricity entrepreneurs
• Contribute to developing bankable projects for private water & electricity entrepreneurs
• Participate in negotiating loans for iSEA’s clients
• Provide basic financial training to private water operator
• Prepare field survey and working with private water & electricity entrepreneurs (collect and entry the database, data analysis, report)
• Pre-financing report, market assessment report, business plan report and translation in Khmer
• Prepare monthly business monitoring report of private water entrepreneurs
• Other task assigned by Manager

The position is opened to Khmer national. Hired Staff will be based in Phnom Penh, with regular trips to the project sites. Salary is commensurate to skills and experiences.
