•Identifying new sales leads to customer
•Established new products and/or services based on the customers’ need
•Researching banking and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
•Researching the needs of other companies/banks and learning who makes decisions about purchasing and doing MOU (Memorandum of Understanding)
•Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings with customers
•Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to hit the target
•Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the bank’s products
•Developing quotes and proposals for the bank
•Negotiating and renegotiating or communicate by phone, email, and in person
•Developing sales goals for the team/bank and ensuring they are met the target
•Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills with effectively efficiently.
