• Monitoring and analysing market trends
• Studying competitors' products and services
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
• Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Responsible for managing the sales & marketing team, developing a business plan covering sales & marketing, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the Company’s presence throughout Cambodia.
• Manage the trading business in the administrative aspect inclusive of cost control, import / export and general affair.
• Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts, market trends, market competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort, and sales promotion programme plans.
• Ensure that all sales & marketing representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales & marketing team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.
• Personally observe the performance of sales & marketing representatives in the field on a regular basis.
• Research, make strategy, introduce, establish, and manage new business model for selling construction related product and trading business.
• Prepare five years strategy plan and necessary document for business development in relation to corporate planning.
• Submit Monthly report and Weekly report.
• Any other tasks assigned by General Manager.
