• 3-5 years experiences in related field • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and Banking or related field • To extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses. • To experience in the preparation of financial schedules • To experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans. • To experience in presenting and preparing proposing to recommend new products/services to the bank. • To experience of leading, coaching and developing staff.
• Identifying new sales leads to customer • Established new products and/or services based on the customers’ need • Researching banking and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets. • Researching the needs of other companies/banks and learning who makes decisions about purchasing and doing MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings with customers • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to hit the target • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the bank’s products • Developing quotes and proposals for the bank • Negotiating and renegotiating or communicate by phone, email, and in person • Developing sales goals for the team/bank and ensuring they are met the target • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills with effectively efficiently.
