GL Finance Plc. (GLF) began its commercial activities in Cambodia in May 2012, being the first step of the regional expansion plan. GLF is the first financial company for motorcycle and agricultural machinery licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia.

GLF has teamed up with Honda NCX to provide financial services to all local Honda customers. Based on this partnership, GLF can support the purchase of brand­new motorcycles from its commercial desk in each official Honda retailer. With presence in 150 outlets, covering of the countries’ provinces, GLF will soon expand to the rest of the country. 
In September 2013, GLF has signed a new partnership with Siam Kubota Co. Ltd. to provide financial leasing on agricultural equipment. This partnership is a step further toward the reaching of unbanked, isolated populations in need financial back up to their business. With presence in 23 outlets, covering of the countries’ provinces, GLF will soon expand to the rest of the country. 

•  Master's degree in information systems or engineering with 3-5 years of Information Systems project analysis and management.
•  Fluent in English both spoken and written is mandatory.
•  Excellent hands on in project tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Project.
•  Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Waterfall/Agile project methodologies.
•  A proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion on time, within budget and on or beyond scope.
•  Ability to communicate effectively across a variety levels of management and individual contributors.
•  Excellent time management and organizational skills.
•  Strong sense of ownership, urgency, drive and customer relations experience.

Business analysis:

• Business requirements: Lead requirements gathering efforts and study the importance of the business case using Confluence and emit project priority level.
• Business and technical specifications: Work with technical team to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications using Confluence. Work with business departments to write test cases before first product release is done.
•  Development: Establish the priority in term of development to deliver the product using Agile/waterfall methodologies using Jira.
•  QA Testing: Execute the Quality Assurances (QA) testing to ensure that the developed product meet the expectation of the business.
•  UAT Testing: Assist business in testing the delivered product and link to the development team for any discrepancies.
•  Project closure: Establish project review to make sure everyone learns from the project experience.
•  Current life: Make sure day to day operations using the delivered products is smooth using helpdesk system under IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.

 Project management:

•  Kick-Off: Organize the kick-off and prepare the related executive presentation to introduce important project items such as team, plan, budget and risk.
•  Schedule: Coordinate with business and IT teams to develop a project schedule.
•  Milestones: Ensure the successful completion of required deliverables/milestones.
•  Meeting: Ensure a strict project follow-up and tracking by having regular project review meetings.
