•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sale & Marketing 
•  Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply

•  Drive and lead brand team members, and assist the Marketing team in the development brand programs and key marketing fundamental plans, such as developing and aligning Business Channel Plans into Brand Plans
•  Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and creative agencies. Organize and create promotional plans for trade activation
•  Formulate integrated marketing campaigns to support multi-channel advertisements
•  Monitor the implementation of each marketing campaign
•  Provide inputs on consumer markets; monitor market trends and information related to competitors; identify market opportunities and potential areas of development/focus; develop market strategies to gain market share and achieve top line targets for the brand
•  Lead the team under supervisor and ensure timely implementation of effective consumer marketing plans, including new product launches in line with brand strategies
•  Perform other duties as assigned
