•  Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Sale Marketing
•  At least 3 years’ experience related 
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills
•  Good command of spoken and written English and Khmer
•  Good people management skill and leadership skills 
•  Passionate, possess high level of commitment and initiative, and strong drive to succeed
•  Versatile, organised, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment
•  Ability to work under pressure
•  Computer literature (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
•  Wiling to travel

•  Plan Brand Ambassador strategies in line with Brand and Channel plan
•  Manage and implement operational plans and standard operating procedures
•  Develop performance standards and performance measurement for BA Coordinators/BAs’
•  Develop and constantly review training modules and provide continuous coaching and support for BA Coordinators and Bas aimed at improving their competencies and capabilities
•  Analyse market competitive information, practices (Compensation practices, related info) and crafting remuneration programs to attract and retain BA Coordinators and BAs
•  Conduct regular meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to monitor implementation and progress of assigned projects
