•  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other equivalent qualification
•  3 years management and/ or supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment
•  Have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy serving the public
•  Strong Leadership skills and experience with Profit & Loss statements

•  Engage with marketing strategy and plan in order to grow up the business and involve in any marketing activities to ensure the growth of branding and revenue
•  Monitor on weekly monthly actual result compare to plan
•  Manage the branch store for profitable business.

•  Act as the role model to provide the best customer services (sometimes) to support customer officer.
•  Solving the system problem occurs with Singapore team
•  Maintain good relationship with government officers.
•  Approve all loans disburse and collection performance.
