BNKC (Cambodia) Microfinance Institution Plc., is a public limited company which has 100% shareholders from BNK Financial Group based in South Korea. BNKC received License from National Bank of Cambodia on 07th May 2015 and has a specific objective to provide job opportunities and the best financial service to Cambodian people as well as contribute to developing Cambodia economy. 

•  Holding bachelor degree of business or related field
•  At least 3 year related working experience
•  Good judgment and decision making skills
•  Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
•  Good analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
•  Computer Literacy (MS. Word, Excel, Internet...) 
•  Be flexible, Honest, and trustworthy
•  The ability to work under pressure

•  Promote and sell BNKC financial products;
•  Set up and control plan (yearly, monthly, daily) of disbursement and collection
•  Lead and manag all operational activities at branch.
•  Motivate and perform all staffs to ensure their performances to meet the standard of target and quality of working environment.
•  Ensure appropriate training and communication of new products, policies, and procedures to ensure all branch staffs are in compliance.
•  Assess the loan application submitted by COs to ensure the enough data, information and relevant documents and recommend to loan committee for approval or reject.
•  Work closely with COs to follow up clients and repayment.
•  Build close relationship with local authorities and their supports on MFI business’s product and service.
•  Conducting survey and research in close relation with marketing and product development unit to ensure appropriate assessment and competition analysis and consultation with management for business expansion. 
•  Participate in recruiting and evaluating the performance of subordinates’ staffs.
•  Perform other task assigned by Manager.
