•  At least 3 years’ experience in banking / commercial banks, microfinance and 2 years related experience as manager.

•  Specializes in issues and decisions, leadership.
•  Specializes in the planning, monitoring and reporting arrangements.

•  Have excellent communication skills, teamwork. Willing to work, initiative and flexibility.
•  Computer literacy MS Office, Accounting Systems 
•  Able to speak or write English well if other language better

• The need to participate and plan for the short, medium and long-term.
•  Be responsible for an annual operating plan and budget monthly quarterly semester in accordance with the operating plan and budget branch.
•  Be responsible for the understanding of market needs.
•  Be responsible for the implementation of the annual operating plan and budget.
