• University degree in General Management or other related fields
• At least 3-5 years of professional experiences in the related field
• Qualified as Body & Paint master technician level
• Good knowledge of communication skill
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skill
• Strong time management and commitment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and
•  PowerPoint

• To set up the yearly training schedule base on technician grading
• To develop and prepare the training module and training materials
• To conduct the training through Body & Paint TEAM training program (Toyota Technician,mPro-Technician, and Master Technician)
• To evaluate and monitor the training result of Technician both class room and on job training
• To research the advance technology from Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) or other sources to provide the special course as and when needed
• To provide the refreshment training to the certified Body & Paint Technician
• To report monthly training result to the Training Manager for service training Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and certification request if needed
• To conduct other tasks as assigned by manager
