Introduction :

Green Palace Hotel is a new modern hotel situated in the heart of historic city of Cambodia. It was designed and built by a team of local designers and builders to an international standard with the combined concept of comfort and elegant. It is the perfect choice for both the business and leisure travelers.

Primarily responsible to Greet and welcome all guest to the hotel and relieve guests of their luggage on arrival. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times, and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner.

Job Requirement :
  • Completed bachelor degree or high school up
  • Good English communication (other language is priority)
  • Knowledge of Hotel industry (experience is priority)
  • Knowledge of computer usage (Word, Excel, Paper Work, E-mail, Internet….)
  • Good personality, friendly, team work, understand and help each other, responsible, wish to learn new thing, open mind, punctual, follow superior advisor
  • Be neatly dressed and well-groomed
  • Good attitude and high morality with honestly
  • High commitment and passion to work
Job Duties :
  • Handling hotel’s guest luggage upon checking in and checking out
  • Greeting guest professionally upon checking in and checking out, also in house guest according hotel’s policy
  • Deliver guest massage, parcel to the guest room and hotel’s office
  • Standby at the Hotel door to open doors for guest in and out of the hotel
  • Attend the training as Chief Concierge/AFOM/FOM scheduled
  • Escorted guest go to the room and do rooming after checking in as Hotel procedure
  • Keep and take care hotel lobby cleanliness with housekeeping by inform or alert.
  • Take care in delivery guest luggage from/to vehicle
  • Handle car door of the guest arrival and departure
  • Follows hotel grooming and position dress standards, including name tag, and proper shoes
  • Alert all the time of hotel’s daily activities event like meeting room, Banquet, Hotel promotion…..etc
  • Identify with hotel service and facilities
  • Handle guest request and comment also guest complaint and transfer to superior directly with solution.
