•  A bachelor degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
•  At least 1 year of experience in the field is preferred
•  Good general understanding on Linux, Windows, MS SQL, MYSQL,networking, and firewall theory would be preferred
•  Good interpersonal and effective communication skills including English proficiency (verbal and written)
•  Other IT certificates is a plus
•  Fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply

•  System operations for core systems i.e EOD/SOD (End of Day/Start of Day) processing
•  Ensure job input receptions and report distributions are carried out accordingly
•  Monitor system/network availability and escalate any system issues in a timely manner
•  Respond to/Resolve support issues in a fast and professional manner
•  Keep support requester updated on the progress of resolving their issues
•  Ensure all supports/issue logs are documented
•  Produce monthly system performance reporting
