•  Good Knowledge of food and Beverage products and food hygience
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadline
•  Proficient in spoken and written English
•  Computer Skills: Microsoft word and Email
•  Good organizational and problem-solving skills
•  Excelence communication and interpersonal skills
•  Strong leadership and a good team player

• Always report to work as well groomed, neat and clean full attired uniform 
•  To report to work as schedule and be punctual or flexible under the supervision from the manager 
•  To be responsible for the bar run smooth and properly, clean, tidy all the time.
•  To responsible for the stocks, dispensing of drinks, service to the guest, correct inventory, the beverage  requisition of stock for daily operation.
•  To be aware that there should not be any mishandling of the hotel’s property or guest’s property.
•  To maintain the highest standard of drink 
•  To be responsible for the opening and closing of the bar operation.
•  To maintain the high standard as they relate to sanitation and cleanliness.
