•  Receive orders from guest and preparing beverages correctly
•  Ability to prepare all drinks on the menu quickly and efficiently
•  To use the POS system and accept payment from guests
•  Keeping the bar clean, neat and tidy at all times
•  Prepare garnishes for all drinks
•  Converse with customers
•  Spot Check and daily inventory
•  Create new cocktails
