• University Student of Hospitality and Truism or other related • No experience will be provide training. (If have experiences is priority) • English knowledge at Pre-Intermediate level • Computer Literacy Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and PowerPoint
• Greets all customers with a friendly smile. • Generates customer satisfaction; responds appropriately to customer concerns. • Communicates customer complaints/concerns to superior on duty. • Answers the KOFI telephone in a friendly manner using a professional greeting. • Sells and serves coffee and MONIN product to customers. • Adheres to all Company recipes and assessment. • Produces superior product presentation. • Trains customers on coffee and MONIN products and services. • Provides top quality espresso shots for hot and cold beverages. • Keeps KOFI counter and show room always clean • Actively perform duty in coffee break event • Respects company rules and procedures.
