• Proven work experience as a barista, bartender, waiter, or waitress in a relevant role at least five years.
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
• Strong phone call and in-person communication skills
• Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers
• Selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies.
• Good interpersonal skill
• Build up work team spirit, resilience and commitment

• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, or seating areas.
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
• Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.
• Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.
• Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
• Weigh, grind, or pack coffee beans for customers.
• Wrap, label, or date food items for sale.
• Help advertise the products to customers
• Demonstrate the use of retail equipment, such as espresso/coffee machines.
• Prepare or serve menu items, such as sandwiches or salads.
• Set up or restock product displays.
• Slice fruits, vegetables, desserts, etc.
