• To ensure cleaning and hygiene in the kitchen and maintain all the time

• Ability to set goals and achieve within a given time frame
• Control taste and flavor of bakery standard 
• Training new menu to all the bakery Staff 
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary and multinational team
• Well present and groomed, suitable for the role
• Strong focus on cost control and profitability
• Good knowledge of English - written, spoken and reading
• Ability to work flexible hours
