We manage Property and Asset Management including OCIC, Diamond Island City, Olympia City, Chroy Changva Satellite City, Wedding hall, exhibition center, and agricultural business.

•  Bachelor Degree in finance or Accounting, CAT/ACCA, or related fields.
•  Proficient in English. Chinese is an advantage.
•  Experience at least two and three years for Supervisor Audit respectively.
•  Willing to travel and work in provinces for a period of time.
•  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the position of Auditor.
•  Accomplishment of audit work following the schedule as planned. 
•  Good team work with respect of audit ethic.
•  Contribute feedback/idea to the audit department on potential process enhancements where team improvement is possible.
•  Computer Literate (Microsoft office and quick book).

• Risk Assessment and compliance
•  Support head on oversea and monitor risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline
•  Handle and responsible for establishing risk-based audit programs,
•  Review and update the suitability of internal control design
•  Develop and update risk and internal audit policies and procedures.

Internal Audit

•  Plan and design the scope of internal audit working process and procedure in conjunction with the business process, objective and implementation,
•  Responsible for developing and updating an internal audit policy, process and procedure for the suitability of internal control design and operational working purposes.
•  Monitor and make sure an internal audit testing and projects are conducted on time and follow the working plan and process of specified area and identify reportable issues.
•  Responsible for verbally communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area/scope.
•  Other tasks are assigned by the direct supervisor.

Others

•  Work closely with all Head of Departments and other relevant management team.
•  Carry out other duties appropriate to this post as requested by line manager.
