• Number of Hiring: 3 to 5 Job Title: Securities and Investment Representative
• Job Location: Phnom Penh; What including: Fixed Salary + extra monthly bonus and year end performance bonus

• University or equivalent degree related to the securities or financial sectors such as Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or similar field
• At least 2 years experiences in accounting, securities market or financial services industry
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and listening English, Khmer, and/or Chinese
• Good time management, organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High ethical and professional standards
• Excellent computer skill (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Internet and Email)
• Must be willing to travel

• Possess knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable to securities market
• Collect relevant data to conduct financial and non-financial due diligence for potential and existing clients 
• Perform financial analysis 
• Research and contact potential clients 
• Analyze various business operations
• Develop valuation models
• Coordinate IPO team members
• Perform other related tasks required by the Company
