•  Build and manage a network of potential customers and answers all enquiries
•  Develop and maintain relationship with customers and other stakeholders
•  Analyze sales opportunities by researching the industry and market conditions
•  Plan & develop sales strategies to maximize sales
•  Manage the administrative works relating to sale process as assigned
•  Design & develop process and procedure of sales department to improve efficiency
•  Actively seek and participate in networking, business and social events outside of regular working hours
•  Keep up to date, monitor and report on competitors sales strategies monthly
•  Develop & improve the Sales department database
•  Organize and manage all sales related events and ensure they adhere to sales budget
•  Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports on a timely basis
•  Resolve customer complaints, developing solutions, preparing reports
•  Oversee the leasing and enquiries regarding Office rentals
•  To liase with agents in order to understand the market and client needs as well as closing deals
•  Support Marketing in event preparation and management
•  Mentor and lead other sales team members
