•  Bachelor’s Degree of Education in English/TESOL;
•  Certificate of Pedagogy in teaching kids;
•  At least three-year teaching experience in English Kindergarten Program;
•  At least five-year experience in teaching kids ;
•  Good knowledge of child development and teaching methods;
•  Good commend of spoken and written English;
•  Good oral and written communication skills;
•  Ability to work independently and under pressure;
•  Good Presentation skills;
•  Knowledge of project management and leading;
•  Good command of computer (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail, and Internet....)
