•  3-5 years relevant experience.
•  Demonstrates strong potential to be future Team Leader.
•  Ability to quickly absorb and retain new knowledge.
•  Good understanding of credit and loan structuring with good technical knowledge.
•  Experienced in deposits/liabilities management.
•  Enjoys meeting customers and building relationships.
•  Able to establish a total banking relationship with customers including lending, deposits and transnational services.
•  Possesses existing customer network of >20 customers.

•  Assist Team Leader in leading a team of 3-5 RMs.
•  Acting Team Leader in his/her absence.
•  Ensure knowledge transfer to the team is happening continuously while learning on his/own
•  Assist in ensuring all annual reviews are approved on time.
•  Assist Team Leader in maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.
•  Responsible for own targets/customers and assisting team members to achieve their targets.
•  Act as a conduit between Team Leader and team in event Team Leader is occupied with urgent priorities.
•  Attend events/networking platforms including entertaining customers to build new relationships.
