• Bachelor or Master Degree in related fields.
• Three Years’ working experience of stock control, customer service or after sale service in senior level.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation and planning skills.
• English proficiency, be able to operate Ms. Office and associated programs.

* Stock Management
• Monitor spare part movement, shortage and order
• Arrange all spare part in stock with clearly floor plan and model of spare part
• Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management
• Supervise the maintenance of stock room and ensure proper arrangement of stock
• Update monthly spare part report to service manager
* Standby Machine Management
• Monitor standby machine movement
• Maintain accurate record of standby machine in stock
• Solve all kind of standby machine issue
• Update weekly report to service manager
* After Sale Service Management
• Solve all kind of customer issue 
• Analyze the resource needed for service operation
• Control staff working quality and development of their professional skill
• Work closely with technical supervisors to ensure the operation goes smoothly
• Work closely with sale team to ensure cross-function task run smoothly
• Ensure the customer payment received timely
• Customer master list management
• Provide monthly service report to service manager 
• Other duties assigned by service manager
