MekongNet is a registered trademark under Angkor Data Communication Group Co., Ltd which established in 2006. It is a full-fledged internet service provider, with a license for the provision of Internet service Provider (ISP), Internet Exchange Provider (IXP), and Internet Data Exchange Center (IDX) granted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia.

We are currently looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Assistant Quality Control. 

• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales, IT or related field
• At least 1-2 year experience in QC or related field in the private sector.
• Good spoken and written English, both English and Khmer
• Good communication and high self-responsibility with strong commitment in team work.
• Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure
• Computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel and Internet-Email or other software is a plus).

• Welcome, listen and handle customer’s queries and complaints through face-to-face, phone calls or written communication regarding with WIFI, Router, Cable Problem and using full bandwidth that is not our internet speed problem.
• Backup router or request customer to change new router if customer problem with TP-Link router or old router.
• Work with the concerned department to resolve issues raised by customer
• Weekly report of customer issues to Management and/or business consultant
• Dealing with customers to identify any problems and report to TS/CS/Farmer Team.   
• Do other tasks as assigned by management/business consultant.

Location: This position is based in Phnom Penh
Duration: Full-time work
