• Bachelor Degree in business related discipline;
• Solid experience in banking at least 2 years;
• Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an added advantage;
• Understanding of financial analysis is added advantage;
• Candidates with strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred;
• Excellent verbal and written English;
• Strong ability to persuade and build relationship;
• Computer literacy.

• Acquire new customers;
• Achieve sales target (including cross-sell target ) of all assigned products;
• Acquiring new loan customers, write up credit paper, analysis to get approval and ensure all document in place before drawdown;
• Comply strictly to CIMB bank’s policies, including all compliance procedures and guidelines;
• Identify, solicit and maintain new customer and referral base;
• Maintain good relationship with customers and high standard of service quality at all times;
• Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently;
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/yearly targets;
• Other Project / Task assigned.
