•  University Degree or recognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
•  Having similar experience at least 2 years as merchandiser or operational management.
•  Strongly Knowledge about customer trend of Soft Line (Apparel, Shoes and Bag, Accessories, cosmetic.), category is desirable. 
•  Good in communication, interpersonal skill and good time management.
•  Good Khmer and English both verbal and written.
•  Chinese language is an advantage

• To support Soft Line Manager in managing the following:
•  Sourcing of suppliers or potential suppliers in the local and international to ensure assortment is needed according to current trend.
•  Analyzing sales and inventory data as weekly, 6 monthly, yearly.
•  Preparing action plan and countermeasure to achieve sale target of each category.
•  Responsible for Sale Revenues and Sale Margin for entire Department of Soft Line
•  Negotiating with supplier for the best term and condition in order to achieve the margin according to company target.
•  Managing the performance of a defined product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation. 
•  Ensuring the subordinate to provide good customer service and managing the sale floor. 
•  Analyzing and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities.
•  Planning and organize the promotion plan of Soft line Department to align with social event, seasonal event and total company Marketing Plan.
•  Other duties as assigned by Management
