•  Bachelor degree in the field of Banking/Finance or related degree
•  Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in credit department of the leasing company
•  Background in car loan is an advantage
•  Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
•  Be honest, highly committed, and flexible
•  Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in team
•  Able to communicate well in English

•  As an Assistant Manager, Auto Finance, you will be in charge of:
•  Assist in general management of Auto Finance
•  Management of sales on target from Credit Officer Unit
•  Find and manage the partners and affiliates
•  Planning of Auto Finance loan promotions
•  Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
•  Check the monthly report on loan outstanding disbursment, NPL and other report
•  Look over the daily loan disbursement report from COs and CSOs
•  Site visit on customer’s business for mitigating the risk on new customers and existing customers.
•  Check the Auto Finance applications before submit to credit risk management team to analyze.
•  Other tasks assign by manager
