Especially, we are well known as pioneer of providing the installment service for people purchasing the consumer products without any collateral, which is very new service in Cambodia but popular in other countries. •  Manage and monitor fraud transaction/case effectively
•  Manage and monitor lost/stolen credit card effectively
•  Develop the standardize written document related to credit card monitoring and customer set-up process such as Policy and Manual of Credit Card Monitoring
•  Review and revise the criteria and requirement documents to attract more customers for growing the business by minimize risk 
•  Manage and develop flow of the operation of the credit card monitoring 
•  Direct, manage and monitor staffs in the section 
•  Develop and plan tasks responsibilities for staffs, motivate and provide training to relevant staffs to improve productivity 
•  Provide necessary information and discuss all risks inherent in credit card monitoring with operation head, and other relevance sections to ensure effective operation and monitoring are made
•  Evaluate staff performance appraisal, prepare manpower plan and recruitment
•  Do other tasks assigned by line manager
